Yeah, they ship there. My buddy in Toronto got some ice bags a while back. Took a bit longer than US orders, but it got there.

They definitely ship to Canada. Expect maybe an extra week or so for delivery compared to US, and you'll probably have customs duties on top of the shipping cost. Worth checking with them directly on the exact fees.

They have a return policy for defective stuff. Just reach out to their customer service, you'll likely need to send pics or something, but they're usually pretty good about fixing it if there's an actual defect.

Yup, if they specify FDA compliant, those are safe. Just make sure you're picking the right product because not all their bags are designed for direct food contact, only the ones explicitly labeled.

I think they occasionally send out first-order codes via email if you subscribe. But yeah, their main thing is the volume discounts that apply automatically. You won't see a giant banner for a 'new customer' code, but keep an eye on your inbox.

Custom stuff usually takes longer. You'd wanna hit them up directly for a quote and lead time.

They do custom printing for sure. But for next month? You might be pushing it. Custom jobs always have a lead time, usually a few weeks at least after you approve the design. Better to call them ASAP.

AssurePak's pricing on bulk is usually better for me, especially on bags. Uline can be pricier.

For stretch wrap and tape, both are decent. I've found AssurePak's bulk pricing to be more competitive than Uline, especially if you're ordering pallets. Uline's selection is huge, but sometimes you pay a premium for that convenience.
